Full course completion within 12 months of the first in-class session provides certification with the Ministry of Transportation (MTO). As per MTO regulations, hard copy certificates are no longer issued. You must obtain a Driver License History (DLH) from a Service Ontario Location this document is what provides proof of successful completion.
